      EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc is a United Kingdom-based diagnostics company. The Company is engaged in point-of-care testing, central laboratory tests, enzyme manufacturing and the provision of contract manufacturing services to the healthcare industry. Its principal activity is the development, manufacture and supply of products into the in-vitro diagnostics marketplace. Its point of care analyzers is designed for use within doctors' surgeries, clinics, blood banks and hospital and private laboratories to provide results. Its life sciences specialize in producing enzymes and contracted custom products for use in medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and industry. Its life science facilities are based in two locations in Indiana, United States. Its central laboratory division manufactures a spectrum of reagents for use in hospital laboratories. Its contract manufacturing business provides specialized services to the diagnostics and healthcare industries for the production of custom kits.
