Zephyr Energy PLC is a United Kingdom-based technology-led oil and gas company. The Company is focused on responsible resource development from carbon-neutral operations in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States. The Company’s flagship asset is an operated lease holding of over 46,000 gross acres located in the Paradox Basin, Utah. In addition to its operated assets, the Company owns working interests in a portfolio of non-operated producing wells across the Williston Basin in North Dakota and Montana. The Williston portfolio consists of working interests in approximately 200 modern horizontal wells. Its primary reservoir targets are the Middle Bakken and the Upper Three Forks. The Company also owns a growing suite of non-operated production and near-term production assets acquired for their low-risk, high-return cash flow potential.
