      BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024, London Security plc revenues increased less than 1% to £220.7M. Net income decreased 7% to £21.7M. Revenues reflect market conditions. Net income was partially offset by fire prodection and security equipment segment income decrease of 6% to £29.7M. Dividend per share decreased from £1.24 to £1.22. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from £1.90 to £1.77.
