Under Merchant solutions, the Group provides services for merchants, acquirer processing services for financial institutions, omnichannel payment acceptance solutions, loyalty solutions, dynamic currency conversion, data analytics and payment plans.

      BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2023, Network International Holdings PLC revenues increased 13% to $490.1M. Net income decreased 17% to $65.7M. Revenues reflect Merchant services segment increase of 28% to $231.9M, Outsourced payment services segment increase of 3% to $250.7M, Middle East segment increase of 23% to $354.1M. Net income was offset by Salaries and allowances increase of 9% to $104M (expense).
