The identity segment includes document verification, data verification and identity investigation services. Its identity verification solutions can be configured to carry out a wide range of functions, including know your customer checks, anti-money laundering checks, age verification checks and liveness detection. The fraud segment includes transaction fraud monitoring, combating origination fraud and in-life fraud investigation services. It provides artificial intelligence powered screening for automatic onboarding or referral of customers.

      BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2024, GB Group plc revenues increased 3% to £136.9M. Net income totaled £1.6M vs. loss of £55.2M. Revenues reflect Identity segment increase of 5% to £80.3M, Location segment increase of 8% to £39.5M. Net Income reflects Amortisation of acquired intangibles decrease of 14% to £17.4M (expense), Research & Development Expense decrease of 25% to £6.2M (expense).
