The Company operates through four segments: Ghana, Non-operated, Kenya and Exploration. It has exploration, development and production assets across Africa and South America. Its Non-operated producing assets include Uganda. It has over 30 licenses across seven countries in Africa and South America, which include Cote d’Ivoire, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritania, United Kingdom and Argentina. Its production assets are in West Africa, with offshore production from Ghana, Gabon and Cote d’Ivoire. The Company's subsidiaries include Tullow Group Services Limited, Tullow Oil 100 Limited, Tullow Oil 101 Limited, Tullow Oil Finance Limited, Tullow Oil SK Limited, Tullow Oil SPE Limited, Tullow Oil Limited, Tullow Oil (Jersey) Limited and Tullow Overseas Holdings BV, others.
