The Company’s investment objective is to maximize long-term capital growth through investing in a diversified portfolio of technology companies around the world. The Company invest and manage its assets in a manner that is consistent with spreading investment risk and invests in a Portfolio comprised primarily of international quoted equities which is diversified across both regions and sectors. It invests across various sectors, such as semiconductors and semiconductor equipment; software; technology hardware, storage and peripherals; interactive media and services; information technology (IT) services; financial services; broadline retail; electronic equipment, instruments and components; communications equipment; hotels, restaurants and leisure, and others. Its portfolio spans across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Its investment manager and the alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) is Polar Capital LLP.
