BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2024, Londonmetric Property PLC revenues increased from £77.2M to £195.9M. Net income increased from £81M to £163.8M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income was partially offset by Interest expense increase from £18.7M to £49.6M (expense).
