As a result of the Government’s Covid-19 measures, Charles Stanley staff have been working from home for over two months, except for a few permitted key workers. We remain in close ‘virtual’ contact with one another and I'm pleased to say we have been adapting successfully.

One of the tougher areas is customer services. Our Helpdesk team answer all our clients' enquiries by phone and electronic messaging, and they have had to transition from a collaberative office environment to working from home. In this episode of Housebound, I speak to Louise Miller, Head of Client Services, about meeting the challenges of operating the Helpdesk during lockdown.
