SITE CURRENTLY IN MAINTENANCE MODE

The Charles Stanley Direct website is currently in maintenance mode. This means that certain operations will be unavailable and are likely to remain unavailable for the remainder of the day.

We put the site into maintenance mode when we need to carry out work on our servers, network infrastructure or other equipment. It allows us to keep most of the web site running and means our clients can continue to log in, see their portfolios, browse and search shares and funds, and much more.

When we're in maintenance mode, we don't allow any actions that would cause a portfolio or account to be modified in some way - such as trading or paying money in, or modifying a Share Watchlist - as this could result in a loss of data integrity when we revert to normal operations.

When maintenance is completed, the message in the header of the web site will disappear, and you may use the site as normal. If in exceptional circumstances it is necessary to remain in maintenance mode for more than 24 hours, then we will post updates on Twitter advising estimated timings for the restoration of normal service.
